Effect of Termination:
On any expiry, termination or cancellation of the Contract, the Supplier shall cease and discontinue all work in relation to the Services, and all rights, authorities and obligations of the parties under the Contract shall cease, but without prejudice to any accrued rights, obligations, remedies or liabilities of either party, or any rights or obligations which give effect to or are expressly or impliedly intended to come into effect on or continue after expiry or termination. For the avoidance of doubt, this Condition 17, and Condition 4.5(b) (Future Information), Condition 4.6 (Safety Obligations), Condition 13 (Title and Intellectual Property Rights), Condition 14 (Warranties), Condition 15 (Supplier's Indemnity), Condition 16 (Insurance), and Condition 19.2 (Confidentiality) shall survive cancellation, expiry or termination of the Contract. 这是合同里面的条款吗？
