光谱标样的疑问

最近光谱厂家的维护工程师过来了，发现我们现在的标样不准，加上之前一个客户提出要用英国铸铁协会等国外认可的标样，建议采购BIS的标样，网络上找了半天也没有找到多少有用的信息，还请各位前辈提供下BIS标样的介绍，谢谢，方便向领导和采购的提供有效建议

应该是BAS的标样(论坛查看新贴的功能貌似不完善，不要着急)。

要买的话找北京钢研纳克，我就是找他们买的中磷铸铁标样。

多谢了，当时客户那边审核的时候说要国外的铸铁协会认可的标样，光谱维护的工程师也没有说清楚。钢研纳克的网站信息太复杂了，现在在等客户那边的反馈信息了，他说要哪家的标样就去买哪家的，价格是不用管的

提醒里面有你的两条回复，结果点击只有一条贴内回复。复杂是因为要找到对应的标样编号有点复杂。光谱这块一共就三个人，一个兼职标准化的不管这块，另一个也不怎么关注，只好自己找了。客户那边还没有指定用哪家的标样。钢研钠克有多家的标样，后期要方便不少。
多谢了，现在用随机带过来的sus样来当标样用。

你的标样是干嘛的，做标准化用？做曲线用？还是只是做控样用？
做曲线和标准化买好点无可非议？大部分其实还是做控样用了，没必要吧，哎..

建立曲线用的，国产样误差有点大，故考虑买个好的

做曲线那是无可非议的，理论上值越精确越好

现在用的是一个2.3左右硅的标样，结果打原铁水低硅1.1左右的时候可以和碳硅仪误差0.2，硅高点两个误差又很小了。
