Upon termination of this Agreement, all Contracts outstanding as at such date shall be performed in full by the parties hereto and all other rights and obligations under this Agreement shall, subject to the provisions of this clause 8, immediately cease and determine without prejudice to any rights of action then accrued hereunder including any rights which either party may have in respect of a claim for damages for breach by the other party of this Agreement or of any Contract or any of its or their terms.

Effect of Termination:
On any expiry, termination or cancellation of the Contract, the Supplier shall cease and discontinue all work in relation to the Services, and all rights, authorities and obligations of the parties under the Contract shall cease, but without prejudice to any accrued rights, obligations, remedies or liabilities of either party, or any rights or obligations which give effect to or are expressly or impliedly intended to come into effect on or continue after expiry or termination. For the avoidance of doubt, this Condition 17, and Condition 4.5(b) (Future Information), Condition 4.6 (Safety Obligations), Condition 13 (Title and Intellectual Property Rights), Condition 14 (Warranties), Condition 15 (Supplier's Indemnity), Condition 16 (Insurance), and Condition 19.2 (Confidentiality) shall survive cancellation, expiry or termination of the Contract.
