【摘要】 介绍了一缸一盖气缸盖铸件的结构特点;根据铸件结构,合理设计浇注系统,精确计算冒口,采用冷铁、优化砂芯分芯结构、加强排气等多种工艺手段,成功试制出了无废品的大型一缸一盖气缸盖铸件。
【Abstract】 The configuration characteristics of the one piece per cylinder big cylinder head were introduced.By adopting multiple methoding measures such as proper designing the gating system according to the configuration of the casting,accurately calculating the risers,using chills,optimizing the cores division as well as intensifying venting,etc.,the heavy cylinder head was successfully trial-produced without rejected casting.
