摘 要: 采用铁磁性法测定了高钒高速钢中残余奥氏体量。研究了淬火温度和回火温度对高钒高速钢残余奥氏体
量的影响。结果表明: 淬火加热温度升高, 残余奥氏体量增加; 回火温度升高, 残余奥氏体量降低。在试验淬火温度范围
(900~ 1100℃)内 450℃以下回火, 奥氏体含量变化不明显; 回火温度达到 550℃时, 残余奥氏体含量迅速降低。

the amount of residual austenite r ise w hen the quench ing temperature increase, but the amount of residual austenite de2
crease w hen the temper ing temperature increase;A t the quench ing temperature (900~ 1100℃)w hen the temper ing tem2
perature is low er than 450℃, the amount of residual austenite has sligh t var iat ion . But the amount of residual austenite
sharp ly decreases if the temper ing temperature reaches 550℃.
