1.0 SIEVE ANALYSIS OF RECLAIMED SAND 筛法检验再生砂
2.0 PURPOSE 目的
2.1 As sand in the system is continually recycled, GFN (Grain Finess Number) increases, meaning the grain size gets finer. This will cause resin dosage to increase in order to achieve the required sand strength. Further to this, permeability is worsened, and bulk density decreased.
当砂重复的使用,其GFN(再生砂细度指数)增加,表示砂颗粒越细。为达所需强度只得增加树脂使用量。从而造成透气性差、密度与比重降低。
2.2 So Sieve Analysis of reclaimed sand is performed to monitor its trend of changes and take corrective measures to maintain an optimum Grain Size distribution, so that sand strength consistency can be maintained.
对再生砂采筛法检验、监察原砂细度状况,从而采取必要対策保持再生砂细度适中,砂的強度方能得以保持。
3.0 TARGET RESULTS 目标成绩
3.1 GFN 50 TO 60 再生砂细度指数应为50至60。
3.2 FINES (retained from SIEVE 200 TO PAN) : <1.0%
微粉(从筛号200至底盘)少于百分之1。

a. High percentage of fines can be due to inefficiencies at Reclaimer/Separator
高微粉量可能是再生效系统/分离器功能差。
b. Dust Collector Inefficiency or mal-adjustments of Ducting Gates, etc.
除尘系统功能差或阀门缺调节等等。
7.0 FACTORS 影响因素
7.1 Mal-functioning of dust-collector, sand/dust separator equipment.
除尘系统、砂与粉尘分离器没正常运作。
7.2 New sand administration not well controlled
