在铸件上，什么是Initial sample呢？

前段时间公司发了一个文档，里面关于Initial sample有下述的一段话，可什么是Initial sample，到现在为止依然是一头雾水，不知道大家的看法是什么？在铸造领域，这个Initial sample是什么呢？

就是首件样品的意思，最初交付的样品。  这几句话大概的意思就是在大量发货以前，第一件样品应该按照标准检查过，然后要出一个检查报告。检查报告里面要包括：尺寸、材质、还有性能要跟最初的样品精确参数一致。提供给客户的首件样品的资料要单独标记。
