【摘要】 孔隙性缺陷是大锻件中的常见缺陷,严重影响大锻件的使用寿命甚至导致零件直接报废。文章对34MnV钢大锻件孔隙性缺陷焊合规律进行了正交实验研究,分析温度、应变和保温时间3个因素对孔隙性缺陷焊合的影响规律。结果表明,各因素对焊合的影响均存在临界值,在大于临界值后对焊合率的影响不明显。对于34MnV材料,当温度高于1100℃,应变大于0.12,保温时间大于7min时,孔隙性缺陷可以达到较好的焊合。根据实验数据拟合获得了同时考虑应变和温度的焊合模型。
【英文摘要】 Inner crack in large forgings reduces the life of part and may lead to an out-of-service product.Orthogonal experiment was designed to investigate the bonding rules of the inner cracks.The influence of temperature,strain and holding time on the bonding rate was studied.The results show that there are critical values of the three factors.The parameters would have little contribution to bonding rate when they exceed the critical values.The inner crack of 34MnV alloy can be well bonded when the temperature is ... |
