The ends of the parts have to be identified exactly (with number of crawler and
plate) to enable the correct reassembling. The crawler shall not be twisted or displaced sideways. It must
be possible to join the ends without sideway-force. To clear tolerances the track shoes shall be mounted
180° displaced. The assembled track shoes shall fla p proper. A crawler pulled up by an overhead crane
shall be hanging down in a straight line.
Pins and pin bores of the steel track shoes shall be lubricated before fitting with specifications or with another white grease released from Quality dept. Apply only all metal hexagon
nuts according to specifications.
