【ABSTRACT】The paper analyzedmain factorswhich influence heat treatment quality of
steel balls. By using the orthogonal testmethod, the tests are repectivelymade for each kind
of quality index. The resultsof the tests are to be comprehensively evaluated and the specifi2
cation of hardening and tempering is determ ined formaking up organism defect of annealing,
so the qualified hardening organism can be obtained.
