焊接工艺要求：
Typical Education Level（典型学历要求）:
•        Bachelor’ degree
* Job experience（工作经历）:
•        Job experience minimum 4 years, preferentially in MNC at least 2 years
至少4年以上的工作经验，（2年或以上外企经历优先）

        Specialized knowledge and skills（专业知识及技能）:
•        Mechanical Engineering background;
机械工程师背景
•        Overall knowledge of metal sheets fire cutting and bending;
具有金属材料火焰切割和折弯综合知识
•        Experience on Pipe welding for high temperature and pressure,  carbon steel and heat resistant steel welding, heavy construction; experience on define welding sequence for complex work piece( steam turbine experience is prefered)
具有高温及高压管的焊接经验，制定复杂结构件焊接顺序的经验，如：碳钢，耐热钢等材料的焊接经验，大型结构件焊接（蒸汽轮机行业焊接经验优先）
•        skilled in drawing of complex welded pieces;
具有理解复杂焊接件图纸的能力
•        Knowledge and experience of work cycle engineering
具有设计工艺路线方面的知识与经验
•         Knowledge of production specifications and quality requirement
熟悉生产操作指导与质量要求
•         Knowledge of bills of materials
熟悉BOM
•         Ability to work with ERP system (SAP preferential)
•        Ability to evaluate the impacts as regards the safety of the production operations
•         Knowledge of machines apply  pressure
•         ISO 9001
•         Quality control planning, knowledge and experience of NDT
制定质量检验计划，有无损检测的知识和经验
•        Good communication skills
•        Skilled in use AUTOCAD

•        English fluent,  written at least
焊接质检要求：
Typical Education Level（典型学历要求）:
•        University, major in welding industry
* Job experience（工作经历）:
•        More than 5 years related work experience in pressure vessel or big steel construction welding
* Specialized knowledge and skills（专业知识及技能）:
•        Knowledge and application of ASME and/or EN welding standard
•        Welding
•        Abundant material knowledge
•        Knowledge of NDT (especially UT, MT and PT)
•        Knowledge of casting steel welding is preferable
•        Knowledge and application of ASME and/or EN welding standard
* Specific Training or certificates （特殊的培训及资格证书）:
•        Responsible welding engineer training
•        International Welding Engineer (IWE) certificate is preferable
* Required language（语言要求） :
•        Good English communication in both written and oral English
