高强度廉价低合金耐磨铸钢研究与应用

        摘要：研究了一种不含镍、钼、铜、钒等昂贵合金元素的廉价低合金耐磨铸钢，通过稀土和钛细化处理以及吹氩净化处理和加硼改善淬透性，使铸钢获得了高强度、高韧性和优异的耐磨性。目前已在挖掘机斗齿、破碎机锤头、球磨机衬板等领域成功推广使用，其使用寿命比高锰钢提高2-4倍，生产成本与高锰钢相当。使用安全、可靠，无断裂、剥落现象出现，推广应用具有显著的经济和社会效益。

Investigation and Application of High Strength Low Alloy Wear Resistant Cast Steel

        Abstract: A kind of low alloy wear resistant cast steel that does not contain costly alloy elements such as molybdenum, nickel, copper and vanadium etc. has been successfully developed. By the refinement with rare earth and titanium, the purification with blowing argon and improving the hardenability with boron, cast steel has high tensilie strength, impact and fracture toughness and excellent wear resistance. Using in the excavator bucket teeth, crusher hammer, ball mill liner, high strength low alloy cast steel has 2-4 times longer servicing life than that of high manganese cast steel, and its production cost is equal to that of high manganese cast steel. The use of high strength low alloy cast steel is safe and reliable, there is no fracture and scaling in the use. The application of high strength low alloy cast stee has good ecnomic and social benefit.
