我是伟创力公司的一名HR，伟创力是一家全球500之一的电子设备制造及服务（EMS）公司。现公司珠海斗门的技术中心急需招聘一名金属材料及表面处理方面的高级工程师，以保证公司能在新金属材料的研究和应用方面的行业领导地位。要求具备金属材料热处理经验，具冲压、铸造等经验，学历本科以上，研究生或博士最佳待遇优厚。职位要求如下：

Purpose:
To bring industry leading expertise and drive technology initiatives with respect to our global metal manufacturing capabilities. The position will be considered a domain expert, and will function as part of a senior development team within our Mechanical Technology Center

Responsibilities:
Define technology programs that will differentiate Flextronics as a leader in providing innovative metal solutions
Apply industry expertise that can be leveraged across product applications involving material selection and process
Design and implement processes for stamping, forging, welding, brazing, heat treating, surface treatment, and other metal fabrication operations for consumer electronics products
Serve as a focal point for metal technologies in new product development, customer support, and equipment and material vendor selections.
Conduct metallurgical analysis, sample preparation, and mechanical testing.

Required Skills:
-BS degree or above in metallurgical, materials, or mechanical engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
-8+ years of industrial experience with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Hand-on experience in precision metal forming, joining, heat treatment and surface treatment.
-Knowledge of forming light metals and stainless steels for consumer electronics products.
-Excellent presentation skills and the ability to interact with customers and experts across functional disciplines.
-Strong project management skills.
-Strong English language skills both verbal and written.
-Chinese language skills a big plus.
