前段时间公司发了一个文档，里面关于Initial sample有下述的一段话，可什么是Initial sample，到现在为止依然是一头雾水，不知道大家的看法是什么？在铸造领域，这个Initial sample是什么呢？
Initial sample testing
Before volume shipment, the first sample must be inspected in accordance with the specification and the
results documented in a test report.
The test consists of checking the dimensions, material and functioning of the initial sample in accordance with
all the parameters specified.
The dossier on the initial sample test to be supplied to the customer must be labeled separately.

就是首件样品的意思，最初交付的样品。这几句话大概的意思就是在大量发货以前，第一件样品应该按照标准检查过，然后要出一个检查报告。检查报告里面要包括：尺寸、材质、还有性能要跟最初的样品精确参数一致。提供给客户的首件样品的资料要单独标记。
