4.7 1 STRIP CENTER STEERING SYSTEM
to guide the strip at the required points in the facility (two in furnace section,one each in entrance and exit looper and one in each steering guide roll).

4.8 1 EMERGENCY WATER PRESSURE BOOSTER
With standby emergency water pump with overhead tank.
- one pump to increase the pressure for the emergency water supply from 4 to 6 bar;drive coupling, motor and base plate
- welded steel section frame and piping including fittings,shut-off and reversing valves etc.
- one or two overhead plastic tank(s) for emergency water supply; capacity for 10 minutes emergency break:total 3 m3.
4.9 1 MUFFLE TRANSPORT CAR
for accepting the muffle in a vertical position and lowering it into a horizontal position, similar to drawing 033564
consisting of:
robust steel frame with cradle
tiltable cradle mounted on transport car
support car for muffle
drive for cradle car (in foundation) gear motor with chain, limit switch

4.10.1 5 TRACE OXYGEN MEASURING UNITS
to monitor the trace oxygen level in aimosphere at 5measuring points as shown in above drawing.
Design features each:
transmitter, output 4-20 mA,
range 0-100 ppm O2
including flow meter, filter, shut-off valve, trace oxygen sensor and cell holder
plus all necessary devices required to be linked to the PLC
4.10.2 5 DEWPOINT MEASURING UNITS
To monitor the dew point in atmosphere at 5 measuring points, as shown in above drawing,
Design features:
transmitter, output 4-20mA,
range +20 to -100 oC
including flow meter,filter, shut-off valve.moisture sensor and cell holder
plus all necessary devices required to be linked to the PLC

For supply of sample gas to analyzer cells 2.10.1 and 2.10.2

5 PLATFORMS AND PIPING
5.1 1 STEEL STRUCTURES AND PLATFORMS
consists of steelwork for furnace, cooler, platforms, platform supports and ladders connected to furnace
platform to take cooler,located on a level with the joint between furnace and cooler, with rails for cooler travel, including platform supports, access platforms and ladders for cooler and top roll box connected to cooler
comprising:
- 1 furnace support structure
- 4 furnace platforms
- 1 cooler platform with rails to shift cooler
- 2 top roll box platform with access to loopers
- 1 outlet seal platform
5.2 COMPLETE PIPING MATERIAL
from T.O.P to the individual units and piping on the furnace equipment
comprising:
atmosphere piping and components on furnace,cooler and inlet and outlet seal boxes
piping for instruments/controls and sample piping
piping for hydraulic and pneumatic
cooling water piping, valves etc.on furnace and cooler
5.3 1 INSULATED STACK GAS DUCT
made of stainless AISI 321, connected to air preheating heat exchanger (see item 1.2.3)
stack gas temperature: max. 1200oC
stack gas temperature after
preheating: max. 650 oC/860 oC
stack gas: approx.3000 Nm3/h
preheated air: approx.2500 Nm3/h
