Here's a fun project to try out your wood router. The ring gear is designed a bit too tight so during the milling I had to adjust the ring gear scaling by 1.01. This is easy in mach 3 by just typing in the scaling override. The tool path is for a 1/4" bit with each pass taking off .1". Total depth is .8". The wood is walnut. Kevin
